HG UV-Resistant Water-Based Coating Panels

Coating Used: Sikkens Ultra-matt Coating from Akzo Nobel (Germany).
Compatible Substrates:
- Plywood thickness from 2.7mm to 18mm, length from 244cm to 360cm.
  Indonesian Bifenthrin-treated F1 plywood (meets CNS1349 section 6.4 for insect resistance).
- Calcium silicate board (SGS certified CNS14705 Class 1 flame-retardant).
- Flexible board (bendable), aluminum board, acrylic, MDF, PVC-faced board, non-woven fabric (with adhesive), balancing board, foam board, etc.
Topcoat meets SGS CNS7614 Class 1 flame-retardant.
Moisture resistance (5% H₂SO₄, 24hr at room temp) – CNS11607 compliant.
Acid resistance (5% Na₂CO₃, 24hr at room temp) – CNS10757 compliant.
Alkali resistance – CNS10757 compliant.
Weather resistance – Passed ASTM G154-12a (UV exposure 200 hours).
Mold resistance – Passed ASTM G21-96 (2002), resistant to common mold strains:
Aspergillus niger, Penicillium pinophilium, Chaetomium globosum,
Aureobasidium pullulans, Gliocladium virens.
Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC): ≤ 0.0050 mg/m²/hr (ASTM D5116 & ABRI, MOIS901014).
Formaldehyde Emission: ≤ 0.0050 mg/m²/hr (ISO16000-9 & ISO16000-3).
Below detection limit (CNS9538, spectrophotometer).
Heavy Metals: No detectable levels of Pb, Sb, As, Ba, Cd, Cr, Hg, Se (ASTM F963-11 using ICP-AES analysis).
